   About the roleThe Lead Health Information Manager (Classification and Documentation) provides expert Health Information Management support within Health Information Services at Caboolture Hospital. The role is a recognised specialist in Clinical Documentation Improvement and Activity Based Funding, working closely with clinical services to optimise documentation quality, coding accuracy and Weighted Activity Unit outcomes.The successful candidate will provide expert advice, education and operational support to service lines and Health Information Services, ensuring high-quality clinical documentation, coding practices and classification processes.
